May 2020 Dividend Income

Hello everyone! Welcome to My Dividend Snowball!  This is my first post this site.  For the month of May, 2020, I have received income from 9 different companies:  One company NZL has decided to cut dividend 90% from $.50 to $.05

  • ABBV $139.30 dripped 1 share
  • APPL $28.59
  • MAIN $42.70 dripped 1 share
  • NZL $20.97 dripped 2 shares
  • O $24.37
  • RY.TO $155.52 dripped 1 share
  • SBUX $27.69
  • TRP.TO $127.17 dripped 1 share
  • TXN 43.90

I have received total of $611.83, an 135% increase from May, 2019.  The reason for the big increase in my income is the selling of my mutual funds in my RRSP and re-invest ing these funds into Dividend paying companies in March 2019.

Summmary

May 2020 was a tough month.  Market was very volatile.  However I was able to buy good companies at a reasonable price.  I am happy with the transactions for the month of May.
